• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?
With all of the electronics that monitor just about every functional system on these bikes; you're liable to just end up kicking over the hornet's nest...

I would like to suggest that there is something wrong with your bike. An RS will get 15k out of an OEM tire. I don't know about an RT. I can't imagine how hard you would have to ride to wear out a tire in 5K. My 'normal' ride has 710 hard turns in a 55 mile stretch (yes I counted them) and I get 15K out of my RS. On the other hand I don't do interstate driving and that might be where the OEM tire comes apart. They do tend to wear more in the center. I rarely check or adjust the air pressure

You may want to have someone other than a dealer ride your bike and give you an opinion as to what is wrong with it. You may also want to think about what 'worn out' means. There is a triangle on the side of your tire that indicates the wear marks. You don't want to confuse the wear marks with the rain removal feature that looks a lot like a wear mark. My tires look worn out after a few thousand but I change them when the wear indicators come up or 15k miles when the rear bearing needs service any way.

In general the longer a tire will last the less it will grip the road. I have used another brand of tire and noticed little difference (18k before changing) in the wear while having a noticeable difference in the grip.

Good luck with your problem.

Tire wear

I know you don't want to hear this but the problem may not be tires so much as your driving/riding style......".".........
