• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Throttle Percent - Will Pedal Commander or ECU StageII allow full 100%?

I know I read it someplace in here, but I can't find it again.
It seems to me that throttle from the factory will open
to about 85%. Will the Pedal Commander allow for the full 100%?
Also, would an ECU Stage II Flash take care of the throttle response
like the Pedal Commander? Thanks for any info. :D

Stage 2 will allow the butterfly to fully open. But take caution and don't hold it fully open too long. Ride safe. Don't know about the commander.

I was heading for a Stage 2 flash just as Slingmods hit the market with the Pedal Commander and a generous introductory discount. So I went that direction and have absolutely no regrets. Not only does it dramatically increase the yee haw factor, it gives me something I would not have with the reflash; being able to change it even while under way. And I do change the settings with some frequency as the type of road I'm on changes. It can be turned off when the bike goes into service, even though that won't likely happen for my bike.
I am currently teaching my wife how to operate our F3L and have the PC at the minimum setting - City +1 - that removes the throttle slack, but leaves close to stock movement. That can not be done with a reflash.

I have Both the Stage II and the Commander...they work together...it's not expensive to do both either..
