i didn't realize BMW came out with the 1200 in '14. I was really hyped up on the 1600 GTL and they had a slew of issues early on. Great looking bikes with electronics galore....
i had the 2013 k1600 gtl and was lucky not to have any problems with it, but a friend of mine had one and it was in the shop more times than he rode it. all bmw did with him was to just keep fixing it until he traded it in for another bike. here is the one i had View attachment 97767
they would if they had BMW's problems. Theirs is more of a comfort problem and less of a safety issue. They are trying but could work faster and do better for sure...jmo
