• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The Polaris SlingShot...

Did anyone else get an email from Polaris asking for participation in a survey?
It appears that Polaris is "testing the waters" with a whole lot of optional upgrades...
Turbocharging
Lowered suspension
Automatic transmission
Different wheels
Upgraded brakes
A removable top
Saddlebags for more storage.

The list goes on and on...

It appears that they're keeping an open mind about where their "car", ends up in the market...

So..!!

They got hold of the spyder owners list and we are the target..??..!! :yikes: :roflblack::roflblack:

It's nothing THAT sinister... :D
When these cars were announced; I got myself on their emailing list...
Just like I am for:
Polaris snowmobiles
Polaris ATVs
Victory motorcycles
Indian motorcycles

I just kind of like to know what's going on... :ohyea:

Lower suspension. .. yikes. I'm young (comparatively speaking) and I could hardly get out of the ones now they sit so low...

I did manage to figure out a pretty workable plan for ingress/egress... :D
Throw your right leg into the cockpit, and just step in; bringing your left leg on-board while you're still standing...
Once you're in, and have both hands on the steering wheel; sit down, and slide back into the seat.

Getting out is just the reverse: stand up, and step out!
