Yes they are... BUT

I get to see this type of thing every year at the SEMA Show and as nice as they look
they are not for anyone but the rich and famous, They have a L-O-N-G way to go before
they are ready for the general public. The Tesla is a super car BUT who can afford one.
also lets suppose you live in New York City and want to go to Miami, you are going to need
a very long extension cord. or a chase car with a battery charger.

Kind of like a SuperModel: Very beautiful, but living with thm is often not worth the effort...


But that's not to say that we don't "dream a little bit"!

Beautiful yes. I still cannot get my head around the fact that the cars may actually drive themselves. Texters and other distracted drivers are my biggest fear.

We will see if the high prices "weed out" those who are potential purchasers. :dontknow::dontknow:

My son's boss in San Fran brags about the fact he works on his phone in his car on the commute to and from letting the technology in the car do most of the driving.
