This is the thrird yearina row that I have Tendonitis in my right hand. Specifically the tendons that go to my thumb. This is a direct result of the throttle. I do use a cramp buster, both on the horizonal (palm rest) mode and pointing straight down (thumb paddle mode).
I've gone to PT last year and the year before that. What do you all do to prevent tendonitis like this?
