• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Sway bar?

I have a 2018 f3s se6 with OEM fox podium shocks. Does anybody with this setup think a bajaron sway bar is needed? I ride very aggressively and don't experience any body roll
Just curious. I believe 80 % of those that upgrade to the bajaron sway bar do it because so many do. Not performance. I have had this bike for 10 months and have 16k miles on it

Got a 18 F3 LTD and my dealer, who i trust [reasonably] assured me that from 18 on had new sway bars and no further problems.

He will supply and fit the Aftermarket bars so i think he was honest.

I have had no issues in my 8000 km of riding, solid as a rock.

There is a difference between NEED and WANT here.

Does the F3 NEED a new sway bar? No, the factory ones seldom fail. But most folks WANT one even if they have not yet ridden a bike with one. Once changed out, there is no mistaking the improvement.

2015 to current F3 models all have the same factory sway bar, there was no improvement in 2018.

Its a popular add on because so many folks have experienced first hand the improvement it makes and tell their friends. They then install one and the cycle repeats. But its because it WORKS and works very well.

I have a 2015 F3. I will not be changing the sway bar. I can remember someone on here being smart to me and telling me I " would have to take it real slow on the twisties" with the stock sway bar. Then I saw that that same person sold her Spyder, new swaybar and all, and got a Harley. So much for her credibility.
