• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Suspension hard/soft not working.

I have a rt 2010. On my dash my control hard/soft has never worked. Also I can increase the suspension by pressing the button but the soft does not work at all. Please help

Most common cause is that the ACS link between the sensor and the swingarm (left side) had become detached or broken. I's check that first. If the problem is with the ACS calibration or a bad air release solenoid, it would be best to get dealer help to use BUDS to test and/or calibrate the system. You can release the air manually at the Schrader valve under the seat.

This is what you want to check for. See if yours is detached like in the picture. My Hard/Soft adjustment didn't work like yours is doing. The bolt that threads in, threads into a Nutsert. According to the Spyder Senior mechanic, the Nutsert may spin when you try and tighten it and that is ok. It is to prevent the bolt from going to tight. The sensor is just plastic.

I had a similar problem with the adjustment. The deciding diagnostic before BUDS, was to see how much pressure was in the shock at the Schrader valve. Pressure was<12 p.s.i, and a bad shock/air release combo was the culprit. Oh, another hint..I failed to notice that the Pyder stopped "spitting"(valving of air) whan the air leak developed, until it returned to normal after the repair.
