Spyderquest team out and about

Out Riding in the Catskills of Southern NY. today looking towards rides in the future. Went by Slide Mountain through Frost Valley and it did not let us down at 39 degrees, spitting snow and snow cover sightings in the mountains. We ate in Phoenicia at a popular Motorcycle eatery. Had a great day with Bill Pittman, spydaman60, and a few others. May be a last ride for the year here in the Northeast.

2 more yrs Chup. As long as the health is there will be loading the spyder to head south in the winter.

somebody's got to do it!! the ride we took today won't be next year, but down the road it could very well happen.

Familiar with Slide Mountain & Phoenicia, I have been known to fly fish there in the fall. Tomorrow the missus & I are going to ride up to Hillsdale NY by way of Rt 82 off of the Taconic & 7A and at some point NE of there pick up Rt 22 North to Hillsdale & then take RT 23 East to Great Barrington MA for lunch. Then' home down Rt 7 to I-84 & exit 5 to Downtown Danbury CT & South on CT 53. Take a turn (nice twisties) around the Saugatuck Reservoir, down Lyons Plains Road & home. Hoping to crack 10K miles before Great White beds down for the winter.ray:ray: Meanwhile, check out Avatar Roulette on the Off Topics Forum. Fun for all!!
