check engine light

I made it to Effingham, IL for the night. Then in the morning off to Springfield. I had a check engine light after my first fill up. I check the engine and it was still there. It has to be an Indiana thing,the last time I hade a check engine light was also in Indiana.

I wasn't planning on getting here until Tuesday, but got here tonight instead. I'm the one with the bug guts all over my RTS. Hopefully I can find someplace to wash it tomorrow. Anyone have any ideas?

Mr and Mrs Mouthpiece Chris&Cindy and myself just arrived at The Hyatt in Memphis TN.
After a drenching few hours fr FL to Dothan Alabama yesterday the trip from Dothan to Memphis today was great.Beautiful weather and great roads.Looking forward to arriving Comfort Inn,Springfield tomorrow.:clap:

Dean (Deanarm) and I (GI Jane) got in to Springfield, MO @6 p.m. We're at the Best Western. Started out from Birmingham, AL this morning and had beautiful weather, no accidents and no incidents. Good ryde.

Left at 6am from Northeast Pa. 750 miles Stop at a Day's Inn at 7pm. Going to stop in Cuba on Monday.Spyderfest on Tuesday.

Ed (Erags) and I (Cheryl, aka DocRags) have arrived in Springfield. We've been in Marshfield, approx. 30 miles away, for a week and a half cleaning out Ed's childhood home since his dad died in January. We finally finished this afternoon :yes: and made our way to the Ozark Highlands RV Park on Glenstone. We are both looking forward to seeing everyone and making some great Spyderfest 2013 memories. Pre-Spyderfest I have added spider web highway pegs and a Utopia backrest to my RT. Poor Ed...all he's added so far has been a head cold and cough, probably related to all the dust at the old homestead.

Cindy & I have had a change in plans because of the impending rains that are headed this way. We had hoped to head over to Hot Springs, Arkansas, and ride up to Springfield on Tuesday. Instead we are in Memphis and will be heading to Springfield in the morning. We should be there sometime in the afternoon. I just felt like there wouldn't be much "smelling the roses" on Tuesday coming from Hot Springs up, so I changed my mind. I think it to be a wise decision.

See ya'll tomorrow. Tweety will be dirty from the almost 800 miles that we've ridden.
