• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It was nice having dinner with you tonight, we will see you out on the rides!

A Little Late, But...

I got in about 3:00 at the Comfort Inn. Dried off a bit, warmed a bit, rode to PitBull, hugged some necks, registered, bought more stuff, back to the hotel, rode to the nearby grocery store (in which 2 random people approached me and asked what in the world was going on with so many Spyders in town), ate a bite, hung out in the lobby to see the REAL Bob Denman arrive, chatted with Kevorama, Joanie, Ticket Bait, Lamont, Dan & Sue, came to the room, wrote this, then wrote this, then wrote this, then wrote this.....

Oh... SEVERAL folks have asked where Bobbie (my bride) is this year. Well, the short story is that I needed to leave a little early so I wouldn't try to do all 480 miles in one day (wuss, I know). Add that to Bobbie having several business related trips that need to be done later this year, her practice is really booked up, etc, etc. I love her and will miss her being here!

Tired but we are here

We arrived at 6:30 today at green stay inn. Left California sat morning trailing bike. stopped off in little rock to pick up new trailer. Over 2500 miles and we made it. Also brought parents to try to get them to get bit by the spyder bug. Looking forward to meeting all of you. See you tomorrow. Dressing warm for sure!!!:ani29:

Finally arrived after battling Mother Nature the whole way here from Indy! Copperman and I are at the Best Western (off Battlefield) #226. Hopefully will be thawed out by morning!

Finally got in!

Arrive a bit after 11pm. Rain, mist, blaaaaaa... all the way from Dallas,TX. Ummm... can we turn the "heat" back on please!? (My trucks heater doesn't work!) Staying at the Arbor Suites (at Battlefield/Glenstone). Don't laugh at me "hauling" the Spyder on a trailer here... I'll still race you at the track! :D

Were here

We made it here at Best Western 7PM Wednesday night. Johnnyg, I and Cleanandgreen and Jeanette. We took the long senic way in that's why we got in so late. From Jonesboro AR we took 49s to 14 w all the way to 125 and came back north cross over the ferry and made our way to Springfield. If you get a chance to do the ride down 125 you won't be disappointed, it's beautiful and great roads.

Glad you made it

I got it last night or I should say this morning at 4.30am after riding straight through 1245 miles from North Nj, I will say it could have been a BIG mistake doing it straight after not sleeping the night before and riding straight with no sleep.

Glad you made it safely...what a ride! Sure wish we could have made it this year.

Have fun!

SZ-Spydie & I had a great ride down from Kansas City today. Went by Pitbull and everybody looked at me funny because I was on one of those goofy two-wheeled contraptions, so I stuck close to SZ-Spydie's RT. Drooled over the new ST manual on the showroom floor. We got registered at our hotel and then had a great steak dinner and a quick Wally World run. We haven't connected with any of the other KC Spyder Ryders yet. Looking forward to checking out the vendor fair in the morning.

Well I made it home safe and sound. Total trip 2150 miles. I put 550 miles on the Spyder at Spyderfest, not bad with all the rain. I want to thank everyone that worked so hard to put together a wonderful Spyderfest, I had a great time, I will definitely be there for Spyderfest 2014

Be Safe and Thanks again
