• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Picking my nused spyder tomorrow morning ....Cant wait I have been trolling around the forums for the past couple of months now. What I have noticed that no one has ever discussed their license custom plates..We are only allowed 6 letters here in Colorado....Anyone have any suggestions?? I am leaning towards SPY-D1, SPYDRN, or SPYDR1....

welcome Custom plates were discussed in depth a long time ago, on the old forum format, but I think all those old posts were lost. Probably a good topic to bring up again. You could start a list and edit your post to keep it current. BTW, only 5 characters allowed in MI.

I already had SPYDER on my car, so got SPYDR2 for my Can-Am Spyder.

NH only allows 5 characters.

Those I really wanted were gone (SPIDY, SPIDR, ETC).

So, I ended up with SPIDE as my plate.

In Bama a regular m/c tag allows 6 letters but I have a custom Barber Motorsports m/c tag which allows 5 letters. So I have BUN-1 on my plates......

Here's mine

Don't believe I can>>>>>

I didn't get my plate personalized (trying to save up for some ESI goodness...), but Texas had no-fee USMA tags, so I got that:

I have custom plates on both my Van (SPC NW) and Spyder (BMBULB). Only 6 letters allowed on vehicles and motorcycles here in Missouri.

My custom plates on my Van (SPC NW), stands for our daughter "Specialist Nicole Wright". She passed away on Dec. 24th 2005, she was in the army.
