Spyder Sightings

Today saw Lava Bronze RT in Alexandria by south loop with one rider. Also saw red and black RSI north of carencro with two riders headed north on I49. :yes:

While ryding back from Cental Florida Powersports today (October 20th) in Kissimmee, FL after picking up a loaner RT (mine is waiting parts for radio wiring and a consult with BRP) saw a gray RT going north on the OBT while I was waiting to turn left onto eastbound 192. We waved to each other. About an hour later while northbound on I-95 near the Pineda exit I saw a white RT with two up heading southbound. Another nice wave from both of them.

At the "RIDe TO THE HEARTLAND"

Had a couple on a White RT stop beside my wife and I at a stop light as we were leaving Sebring (FL) after attending the Event. The light changed, so all we had the opportunity to do was exchange smiles and "Nice Bike" to each other.
In total, I only remember seeing about three Spyders there that day, but never had the chance to meet any of the owners. If the folks on the White RT are local, maybe we can touch base in the future. PM me if you read this.

In the same campground that I'm tented in is a red Spyder RSS at Oak Mountain state park.

Was at the Natchez Balloon Races today. Saw a silver RS 2 up and a magnesium RT 2up also. Was it anybody on here?

Spotted a guy on a white RT while my friend and I dined in Panera Bread. Our spyders were in the parking lot in front of the restaurant getting drooled all over :2thumbs:

saw a blue or black RT on 56th and Lafayette on NW side around 1130a this morning ... the family and I were headed to church so I didn't get a chance to stop.

Spotted a blue RT headed south on 73/74/220 near Asheboro, NC as I was headed north about 9am Saturday morning.

10/23/12 i sa w a blue spyder rt on memorial dr in janesville,wi at about 4:00 pm. if you heard someone honk, it was me. there is a red rs in town that i saw go by my house a few weeks back . anyone from this forum????:dontknow:

Saw a blue RT today. Seen him/her twice actually. Once in the Wal-Mart parking lot on Stadium Blvd. then again at the parking lot of the chinese buffet place on MO Blvd. Tried to catch the owner at Wal-Mart but I guess I didn't wait long enough. So cool to finally see another Spyder here in town. I hope that the owner is a member here and we get to hook up soon :thumbup:

spotted black RS Shaw AFB

hi - while driving off base in my car, in a 40mph zone around the flight line at Shaw AFB yesterday evening, a black RS passed me.

He wasn't over the speed limit imo, however, he was being chased by a base SF pickup truck w/ lights flashing...I was going to turn around and speak to the ryder, but that was before that SF truck was speeding up to him!

What luck - we've owned a sypder for 3 weeks, just reached 600miles, haven't seen another and spotted one on my base, getting pulled over!!

What luck - we've owned a sypder for 3 weeks, just reached 600miles, haven't seen another and spotted one on my base, getting pulled over!!

I'd never seen them on the road until we got ours. Now it seems almost commonplace to see them while out and about. It must be that pre-spyder, my interest level was so low that it didn't register if one went by, but now I notice all of them...

Tonight heading back into Houston on Hwy 290 saw a black RS driving out of Houston in HOV lane 1 up.
