• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyder Sightings

Galena, IL

Saturday 7/15 I saw a black RT with a graphic of the space shuttle on the frunk parked with some other two wheelers in Galena, IL. A family was looking at it when rode by on my red RT and they started yelling look look another one. No parking or I would have stopped.

While on our lunch ride to Bayfield, Wisconsin, we saw a red RS parked along the street there and then saw it again at a gas station in Superior! Who was that?

I think I saw FrankPa today on Linglestown Road west of Linglestown. Big red RT heading east while I was heading west on my white RS at 11:35. I was kind of fixated on the traffic in front of me, so I just caught a glimpe as he went by. There's not that many Spyders in the Harrisburg area yet, so it almost had to have been him.

Saw a Silver RT-S with a man and woman riding west bound on I-40 near Nashville...They were pulling a trailer (but not the BRP matched trailer)

Passed a black RTS being hauled on a trailer this afternoon between Ellijay and Blue Ridge Ga. Didnt see the tag but gave them the Spyder salute and got a suspicious look back!

I'Ve had my Spyder almost two years now, And i can honestly say ive only seen two other Spyders! The strange thing it there's a dealer ten miles from me who says he sold over one hundred Spyders since they came out?? Go figure?

Don't believe that dealer. I asked the same question to a dealer in a town called Valle De Brovo in Mexico. He told me he has sold 31 Spyders. A month later he went bankrupt. I was in the San Fracisco area the beginning of June this year for 8 days driving all over the south part of CA and until today I have not seen one Spyder on the streets there or here in Mexico City, only mine. I guess it's magic

Red RS in Lyons, CO

Leaving Oskar Blues parking lot last Friday evening. I was in my car and if I'd tried chasing you down, you would have thought I was a road rager or stalker

Is that the spyder salute Mickey Fisher Style or the Low and away spyder salute that some facebook guy thinks we havent "earned" cause we dont have a V-twin? :sour:

While headed north on I-95 north of Melbourne FL near the Sheriff's camp (in my car, unfortunately) on Sunday, July 15th, my wife and I spotted a white RT headed south. Single rider...no passenger. Was that you, Jim?

No. Va. sighting

7/20/12 Springfield/Burke Red RS with hard side cases headed west on Braddock Road near Burke Lake Road intersection 12:52pm. It was raining but I was so happy to see you. I was in a car heading east. Hope you got to where you were going safely.

Yesterday (7-19-12) I saw a white ltd. RT parked at the Appalachian farm just outside Cherokee, North Carolina. The man who had just gotten off the bike waved at me! I saw two other spyders on our 5 day ride through West Va., Va. and Tenn. The first two were near the Blue Ridge Parkway (one silver rs, 2 up and one blue rt, two up with a trailer.)

Mashpee, MA - Silver RS, single rider / American Flag on Route 151 W near the Fair Grounds around 9:30 AM. I think you were headed to 'Big Nick's Ride For The Fallen' out of Bourne.

White RT heading east on 202 towards Sanford, Maine, about 2pm.

Coincidentally, I had just left the Can Am dealer in the area after talking with the salesman. :-)

Canal Road, Bourne, MA

July 21, 11:30 AM: I saw 3 Spyders in the pack of 'Big Nick's Ride For The Fallen' going down the canal towards 6A. One black RT, two up, one silver RS, two up & one silver RS, one up carrying the American Flag (same ryder from my earlier post - seen in Mashpee).
Great turnout for the run, looked to be at least 500 bikes!
