• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyder Sightings

Just got a call from a friend to let me know that there were several Spyders at Wib's BBQ along Hwy 61 in Jackson MO!

A mini gathering right near me and I wasn't invited. Bummer!!

Yesterday September 8 2011 on the Garden State Parkway

I was in my car coming home from Atlantic City on the Garden State Expressway Northbound at about mile marker 85, just north of Forked River where the Parkway divides. It was about 6:45 pm.

I was doing about 70 in light traffic on a road with a speed limit of 65 MPH.

Zooming past me at about 95 MPH was a red RS. He must of had modified pipes because the bike was LOUD. I didn't hear him until he past me ON THE RIGHT.

He continued to zig-zag through the light traffic at excessive speed and was out of sight in less than a minute.

I hope it wasn't someone from this forum. What a moron !

Red Spyder at UAB in B'ham

Hello, Just saw a Red RS parked in my parking deck at work (UAB, B'ham AL). Nice looking bike. Left a note to say hello from a fellow Spyder Ryder.

Sunday Sept 11 in the Douseman, Monches, Hartland area of Wisconsin.

Saw three different lone Spyders out for a Sunday ryde. A Red RT with two enthusiastically waving ryders, a fellow on a yellow RS and I think the other was a gal on a blue RT but the memory is fading.
I bet they were surprised when the saw a string of 14 Spyders fly by!
Our Wisconsin-Illinois riding group had a beautiful ride through the Kettle Moraine. :trike:

Saw 2 Spyders on my trip. Saw a Red RS with flame job while eating in Little Switzerland, NC. Met the couple on our way out. Can't for the life of me remember the username (they are members here). I have a terrible name memory. Nice meeting you guys!!!! Didn't see another in VA, WV, PA, NY, OH, KY, or TN until I was on the way home and saw a black RT with a single rider around Franklin, NC or very north GA (bad memory). It was raining alot so not alot of bikes out until the way home from TN.
