• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

A kind of sighting...

A friend of mine lent me a new book he had bought; "Norway's Best MC Tours" and said I would be interested in one page at least.
So I started reading and there it was, a very familiar Spyder RTS 2012 and my wife standing beside it!
As there are not too many Spyders in Norway people come to ask us about the Spyder wherever we stop for a short rest on our rides. Many take pictures and obviously some people work for magazines.
Text under picture says, "Motorcyclists are friendly people. This couple was happy to show us their pretty three-wheeler!"

Last Saturday at around 12:30PM I saw a White 2019 or early Spyder RTL head South in the diamond lane on I-5 just North of the King County line(Washington State) with two up riders in pretty heavy traffic.

Was in Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse area this week and encountered quite a few Spyders on the road. Good to see so many out and about the country. Unfortunately, I was not on mine as we are on a 42 day road trip around the States and the wife was not up to that many days on the Spyder.

My shop manager, Daniel, has been out and about on vacation with his wife. Visited Yellowstone, Mt. Rushmore, Deadwood, & Jackson Hole, just to name a few stops. He said he's seen a good number of Spyders. Some that he recognized as having been to our shop. It's good to know that you're out there having fun.

He's got my F-250 and a 32' travel trailer. He's having a Great Time!

This week was the 3-wheel Rally in Deadwood. That's why you saw so may Spyders in the area.

Saw 2 Fellow Spyder Ryders out Yesterday, on an Orange RT at an overlook turnout on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Looked like husband and wife. Beautiful day for a ride! But when you have grandchildren, a car works better. Grandson (2 years old) was very impressed with your Spyder.

Saw you again on Main St. in Blowing Rock near the Mellow Mushroom (Great Pizza - Expensive Pizza)

Surprisingly, we didn't see many Spyders out yesterday.

Today, I saw several Spyders on Route 105 in Vermont.

I also saw 7 T-Rex's, plus (2) two Spyders which were in front of them on Route 105 in Vermont. This was in the afternoon.

The last couple of days on the way home from work I have seen a White RT pulling into Fort Detrick around 6 AM, if you're on here PM me so we can go out and ride sometime.
It has been in the mid 30's for the last couple of days in the am and I see the cold weather doesn't bother you.

Yesterday (10/17/2024), I saw a White GS 990 Spyder. The license plate was VT.

Saw quite a few Spyders out today around Oxford County and Port Burwell (Lake Erie).
Today and tomorrow might be the last good riding days for a while.

I've seen several Rykers and two older bodied spyder RT's in the Sherburne, New York area; yet have time to catch up and converse with them.

I saw a white Spyder with a trunk on 291 Hwy South of 24 Hwy before the Chiefs game today. They were following a 2-wheeler. Lots of bikes out today. Our riding season is winding down.

This guy was camping next door to us in Columbia MO RV Park. They're from Ontario. Didn't exchange names.

Just looking to see if there might be any in the Spyder Ryders family around Hamilton, New York, to maybe join on a ride. Wife and I are new at this, and we don't really know anyone who rides in our area.

Have you checked out the New York sub-forum in the Spyder & Ryker Riding Clubs Section? See the link below. ;)

Those sub-forums aren't necessarily restricted to 'clubs' only, you are allowed to use them to touch base/keep in contact with other Ryders in your State/region/area; just don't go posting support questions etc in there - they're all about contacting Spyder Ryders, ie, People & Groups of People.
