• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyder Sightings

Spyder Sighting

Noticed a motorhome headed North on the Northway (rt 87) in Colonie NY had a Spyder (with a cover on it) on an open trailer behind it perhaps one of our Canadian riders or someone from upstate NY on their home from the South.

In Chattanooga, TN

I was riding in Chattanooga, TN on Easter Sunday. Around 5pm, I saw a blue Spyder with two-up on Hwy 153 North just before Hwy 27. I waved, but the way the interchange is shaped, they didn't see me.

I saw my first two Spyders of the season (besides mine) on a weekend trip to North Carolina. I was in my car, unfortunately, as Saturday was a lovely day and there were countless two- and three-wheelers on the road. I saw a red Spyder heading north on Rt 421 near exit 159, and a white one in Liberty.

Sat April 14th

Saw a black RT heading west on Woodbury Rd in Plainview NY. Ryder had a light blue helmet.

Tan RT

Seen a tan RT in the parking area at Bald Falls on 4-20-18 then seen it again going westbound later in the day on the Cherohala Skyway.

Red RT with Trailer

Saw a red RT with trailer on 495W (MD - beltway) - evening rush hour traffic. I was on my silver F3-T heading back home.

Red f3

Saw a red f3 in parking lot at Old Town Station restaurant in Union Gap, Washington around 7:40 pm tonight when we left.

Saw 2 spiders part of a large group heading north toward Vegas. One riding 2 up. And one beautiful lady riding a beautiful decked out white one

Saw two blue Spyders in Roanoke, Virginia, today. One was on I 581 and the other was northbound on I-81, just south of the I-581 exit.

Cognac RT

Yesterday, While visiting the Grand Canyon Natl Park South Rim I spotted a Cognac RT parked at the Market Plaza parking lot. (We left our RT in Williams and took the train up to the park.)

Spyders are a rare breed around my area, but the other day the wife and I were at the Walmart, in Morgantown, WV where I spotted a maroon RT parked outside. That spotting is not only the first of the season, but if memory services me (and it doesn't always) maybe the first period.

Just after I made the statement that spyders are rarely seen in my area, I see two more near Somerset, PA. I guess I better start paying closer attention.

New Hope PA

Passed a solo rider on Tuesday evening on a burgundy (?) F3 as I was headed to the dealer to drop off my ST for its 600 mile service.
