• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I just got the call from my dealer yesterday and my engine showed a little worse damage than dltang's had. Instead of trying to rebuild the thing, they are getting a new engine and putting it in. I should be up and running in about two weeks.

So did they say what the amount extra was that pushed it over the line?

Glad to hear your wait is not going to be anywhere near as long as Deb's was.

I also like Doc's idea the best on the replacement engine. :D

Glad to hear they...

are getting you a new engine:thumbup: instead of rebuilding.

Now I'm not a cheerleader for anyone but I've said all along that BRP is listening and reading./Ken

Wonder why yours was worse ?

Glad to see BRP stepping up to the plate.

Maybe I missed something, but I was wondering why your engine has gone bad?

Is it something we all need to be looking for?

I used to say you deserved a halo for putting up with me, but you really deserve sainthood for all your patience, Brian!
