I do suspect this might actually be a 2016 list, not 2017. Not sure what country is from (Japan?) but the English translation engine has a British bias (tin for can, water for lake).

Sorry, I should have edited that. A lot of it is boilerplate but the important stuff is who registered it, where they registered it, and what Internet registrar handled the registration.

Only in that I would fear mail & websites in Russia are more likely to be bad for your computer than from Rumania, but I could be wrong.
