• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

A big thank you to the maintenance at Apache. It has twice worked on my bike and fixed some nasty problems. First was the dreaded DESS fail. Ride now Chandler where I purchased the bike would not fix for made up reasons so I went to Apache and they fixed the first time. GREAT job.
I also had the fuel pump whine that was getting worse. Ride Now said it was normal. I went to Apache and heard right away that the pump was a problem and had it fixed right the first day. In at 8 AM and out by 3pm. Great service. Ride Now will never see my face again.
Thank you Steve at the desk and Dave who did the work. Thank you Apache for having the additude of customer satisfaction.

That's the first positive comment I've ever heard about Apache. I'm astounded. They must've revamped their service department recently.

No, You just haven't been listening:D
Oh on the contrary, I listen plenty. I have also read plenty of Apache's scathing reviews in multiple sources. More importantly, I have many years of personal experience with those incompetent scoundrels, not only with my Spyder, but with my Goldwing and other bikes that I've owned.

Like I stated previously, the only way they could have gotten a positive review would be if they revamped that entire operation.
