• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

should Stewart be held accountable?

He still faces a possible civil suit. Smoke has mellowed. He's not as hot headed as he used to be. I don't think we, as observers, can say that the pot in this young man's system caused his death. He certainly used poor judgement in getting out of his car and running in to oncoming traffic. The use of pot may have contributed to his judgement or lack there of.

If the family goes ahead with the civil suit, Tony, other drivers should counter, as the toxicology report stated that there was enough in his system to impair his judgement. He endangered all the other drivers there that night.

I was watching this close, as Tony is known to have a hot head, but after the latest report, Ward jr. is just another "Darwin Award" winner in my opinion. Just a good thing he didn't take anyone else with him.

stewart is the one who should be suing for damage to his car. if there was no pot involved then he had
absolutely no excuse for trying to cross the road, after all he is not a chicken.....
ward showed poor judgement & paid the price, if anything his parents should get sued for raising a moron and allowing him to be behind the wheel of a car. If anyone thinks i am too harsh then ward should be alive & still driving. If his parents are able to sue on his behalf then they should take responsiblity for his actions.
I personally don't want anyone who is on drugs or alcohol behind the wheel, stewart doesn't deserve to have his life ruined because of someone else's deliberate mistake.

You expose yourself to it every time you get out on the road.
