• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Shipping a Spyder RT

I am going to ship a 2015 RT Limited from Illinois to California.
I am using Federal Companies, a division of United Van Lines.
They tell me that they roll the Spyder into their enclosed truck.
Keep it in Neutral. No keys. Brakes will be off.
I asked them how do they tie the Spyder down to keep it from being
damaged. They told me that they use the rings on the side of the truck
to tie it down.
I asked how do they prevent the Spyder from moving back and forth and
causing damage.

I didn't get into about BRP's recommendations such as, secure it down through the wheel spokes, etc.

Any one have any experience with them?

I talked to Haulbikes.com but their delivery time is too long.

Thanks,

Bob S

Transport

I do not know anything about the companies that you mentioned, but, I use a company called V-Twin Express. I have not had any problem with him.

Curious..!!

Have they handled spyder before..?? Two wheelers are a breeze so check with their experience with trikes. Have not had great luck with vehicle transport so have resorted to doing it myself. With the roadster I do find the time to just ryde it to wherever I'm headed...
