• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Yeah he does like to yack, but his videos are very informative, and the way he does it, he makes you feel like you're in the garage with him and he's talking to you.

:agree:

Bet he's responsible for selling more than a few Spyders around the country with his vids. Swayed me a bit.

I agree totally... These guys must be held accountable for sales, farkling, and the Spyder addiction! In all seriousness, I wish he was my technician at the place I bring it to... That guy is top notch, and people drive a few hundred miles to get their service done by him. Keep up the good work Shawn!

Shawn and ProCaliber Vancouver is definitely the place to buy or service your Spyder if you are in the NW! Shawn is a very personable fellow and is the very best at service of the spyder! I would have no body work on my RT -- but Shawn Smoak!

Thanks for posting.

He repeated again that the XPS Blended oil is 70% Synthetic. I sent another email to XPS Lubricants this week and they confirmed that it is actually, approximately 95% synthetic.
I liked the how he showed the capabilities of BUDS. It makes it even more baffling why some dealers have so much trouble diagnosing electrical problems. There have been several cases of folks spending weeks or months getting a faulty paddle shifter diagnosed and it should have taken minutes.

BRP's full synthetic oil is 70% synthetic base stock. I really doubt the blend is the same percentage. Note the red circle that I added in the picture below.
