• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Seeing it's "Good" Friday and all....

.... how about we post something good on this thread. :doorag:
You know, good Dealer, good vendor, good friends. I know there's plenty of bad stuff posted but let's make this a good positive post.

I had a really good ride last week and I'm looking forward to a good ride at the end of June. :D

How about our "Good Friend" Lamont for starting this cool place for us all to hang out and talk Spyder. :chat::clap::2thumbs::yes::bowdown::cheers: :firstplace::thumbup:

This sounds like a good idea.

Here's me and several of my good friends on our Key West trip back in January.

I'll second that motion. And a big :2thumbs: for our good sponsors such as No Magic Neon.

How about all the good people who populate this forum? I've personally met a number of you, but even the folks I have not met face to face feel like friends to me.

Dealer: Gargano's - Great guys, excellent work. :doorag:

Just had the 3000 mile oil change; they also did the warranty work for disintegrated exhaust gasket, emergency brake, and clutch.

:spyder: got her power back :2thumbs:

Happy Easter!

We are truly blessed. I have a really "Good" husband. The Lord has provided us with jobs (even though we worry sometimes) a home, a great family and wonderful friends.

We love our spyders, I truly enjoy this forum and all the people we have met. Many have turned into "Good" friends which I know we will have for years to come. Looking forward to meeting many more.

Looking forward to a "Good" time in Niagara Falls next weekend and a "Good" ride to LA with Lamont and others along the way.

I know BRP is going to put on a very "Good" event and I can't wait to be part if it.
There are so many "Good" things in my life, I could take forever to list them.
But mostly I give thanks for my "Good" God.

Heres to friendships formed or those that will be formed in the future do to a three wheel wonder and some crazy guy who started a forum. Thanks to all you who help us all..

I'm late to this thread, so I will just agree with all of the above posts. (I didn't almost get blinded be a grease hose, though--mine was an exploding air hose, but that was a while ago...)

The other day before heading off to work, I was going to drive my kids to school. First I sat down and just checked the new posts on spyderlovers.

My daughter (whose probably going on the next leg of the banner run and is absolutely no stranger to motorcycling) says "Really? You're on Spyderlovers again?! Shouldn't we be leaving?!?"

I took a breath and smiled and said, "Honey, You may find this out when you're older: You're mother knows that exercising helps her a great deal with her stress levels. While I know that that helps me too, going on this website here for a bit actually has helped me deal with very difficult circumstances at work and I believe has helped me stay calm. Of all the things you know people around us abuse in order to try and cope with their stress, me visiting with these long-distance friends for a minute has the least negative side effects."

I smiled again, and we headed out the door.

It was a good moment.

Thanks, everybody.

I am thankful for good heath. After rear-ending a stopped 18 wheeler in 1980 while I was doing an estimated 60 mph while sleeping (with no seat belts) in a Plymouth Duster (SUV), my life was extended. At the time I was an ulser producer. While hanging on to life, they scoped my stomach and found 6 ulcers. The accident saved my life. The ulcers are gone, and thankfully at 65 I am on no medication, have a great wife who rides with me where ever I go, 3 wonderful kids who survived their teen hood, 4 grandchildren, and one great granddaughter. Then, along came the Spyder. Life is good.

After reading Aubies comment, I can forgive him, but not my son for being an Auburn fan.
