• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What the HE double hockey sticks was BRP thinking ??????? Loaded up the trailer (heading to Americade ) ,hitched it to the Spyder start her up and do a circle check, notice the rear red marker/clearance light is out.:gaah:Oh guess I will pull the bulb and get a replacement, while 20 minutes later I find out its a sealed unit WHAT THE HAY. 30 bucks for a replacement. Even if it was a bulb It took me a good 20-30 minutes to pull the light and then put it back.

One of mine was out when I picked my trailer up at Cowtown...or at least by the time I got home. Warranty replacement but it required two trips to the dealer and ten days in between to wait for the part, plus 15-30 minutes to install it. Lots easier if you can just replace a bulb. Same situation with one brakelight on my 2011 RTS and on my HMT from ESI. If one section goes out, you need a complete, expensive, and time consuming replacement. They replaced my taillight assembly under warranty, but my HMT is still wounded. That will be a gigantic pain to replace! Technology isn't always an advantage...it has a cost.
