RT glove box

Is there an adjustment on the RT glove box to adjust closing and
opening? This morning the glove box would not open, took me like 10
minutes to get it to unlatch. It was not locked, just would not open.
It has been hard to get to latch too. So I believe it needs adjusting.
If it can be adjusted...does anyone have the steps to do that?

I was warned by my dealer to not put alot of stuff in the glove box as you must be able to push the lid down to open it . He told me that some customers have overfilled the glove box and could not push the lid down far enough to open it even though the lid closed fine.
