What a great idea, but would this not save the life of more drivers that should not be operating a vehicle in the first place? :yikes:

Would seem to help the driver involved in the initial accident, but that surviving vehicle looks as if it still has retained a lot of energy and motion that could hurt someone else in a second accident ?
