One of my lights I bought for him went out (my fault because I accidentally clipped it), and he still sent me a replacement. :shocked::shocked::shocked::shocked::shocked: Who does that?....

I have only talked to Reggy on the phone about my rt and giving it some illumination of the 3rd kind. I am very afraid to meet this man in person...my credit card may actually have to carry a balance when and if I meet him :roflblack::roflblack:. I was supposed to go to Spyderfest but because of Mother nature that wont be happening, I was going to get some light. From what every one says here is truly is a great guy. Good to have people like this in business.

I know there are already a few threads singing the praises of Reggy so I won't clog up the site with another one and just piggyback here. Long story short a few of the LEDs on one of my tricRings went out. Emailed Reggy asking if they can be fixed or should I just buy another set and before too long got a reply from him saying he is sending me a new set free of charge. Not something he had to do at all considering it was likely flying debris that took out the LEDs and not to mention I bought them 2 years ago. Reggy is top notch as far as customer service goes. Just wish all vendors could be like him. Thanks so much Reggy!!! :thumbup::bowdown::firstplace::clap:
