There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Recommend anyone in Phoenix, AZ for Car Tire Install (Non-Kenda)

Going to be needing a new tire on the back of my RT. Can anyone recommend a BRP Dealer (by DM ONLY) or Tire Shop that will install a non-Kenda tire? I can buy from them or buy and bring in with the rim. If a BRP Dealer, please send info by DM only. Guess we are not supposed to list BRP Dealers on here. Prefer North Phoenix but will travel the Metro.

Thanks!

My 2015 RTL, Discount Tire changed the tire but couldn't balance it. The have to take off the pulley. Most car tires will need no to very little balance weights. Fronts can be changed and spun balanced - I had mine done at WalMart.

Can regular i.e. automotive tire shops deal with Spyder wheels both front and back?
Absolutely! Though they usually are not able to balance the rear wheel even if you take the pulley off (which you should do anyway). We use balancing beads. Because it only takes 3 ounces. And a well made car tire takes a lot less weight to balance than the average Kenda.

I've said it before, and I guess I'll hafta say it again, again... :cautious:

We've noticed a trend here on the Forum, that if any member 'outs' a dealer or any business on the public pages for fitting 'Non-Kenda or any of their clone' tires to their Spyder/Ryker, there's a significant chance that the next time anyone goes there to get the same done for their Spyder/Ryker, some how, some when, some pressure will have been brought to bear such that most dealers and at least some of those businesses won't ever do that again! 😫

So please, try to be a little circumspect about telling the World on our public pages that any business is fitting 'Non-Kenda or their clone' tires to your Spyders, Rykers, and I'd also assume the same applies to fitting A/mkt tires onto Canyons (cos clearly, someone is watching! ;)) Ideally, you should probably only share that info via DM's, or if you do post it on the public pages here, you shouldn't be surprised if you can't get non-OEM/clone tires fitted when/where you thought you could, and everyone here juuust might be able to guess who/why contributed to that happening! 😖

Just Sayin' - again!
