Thanks for that kuhmo info eagle 1. But what about bang for the buck.
It depends ...... If you re-move the front wheels any tire shop can mount car tires and spin balance them. The rear is a different story. You might want to find a dealer who will do it using a CAR tire.....Doing it yourself can be difficult for some .........Mike :thumbup:So tyre type selected who do u use to mount it on rim? Discount tire, dealership? Maybe a local motorcycle shop is there anything special about mounting a spyder tire vs another bike...
Yep, I know........ However my point was really directed to " what the average Spyderlover " might be able to do......and someone here recently posted doing it on a machine with the HUB ON......And this must be possible because the new rear wheel HUBS aren't re-movable :yikes: :yikes: :yikes: .......... Mike :thumbup:Actually Mike, the rear can be done the same way as the front. You have to remove the hub and bearings. The wheel mounts right up on the balancer.

This tire and company have not gotten any good reviews that I have seen since DAY #1.......This does not mean that some folks will defy common knowledge :yikes: .... Lord knows I am sooooooooo far out-of-the-box on sooooooo many things, I don't think there is a box made for Me .........The Spyder has CAR TYPE RIMS for a reason, just go with it ........Mike :thumbup:I really wanted to try the arachnid. So I did. I like the way the tire works but, I am having an issue with loss of tread on the left side. The right side is not showing the same problem. I am up to 31 PSI and other than the issue with the left side, it works well. My dealer has had an inquiry into Vee Rubber for many days now. They have not been able to get any response from Vee Rubber. Unless there is something that is going to happen in the near future to address this problem, Vee Rubber will be off of my list of suppliers I will use or recommend .
