• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Rear tire

I am running a Michelin Primacy (no longer made) for 21,000 miles and still have tread left. Try a tire in the 215/60/15 size. Fits well and corrects the speedometer error.

They stopped making this one also !!!!! ..... The Primacy had some very good all around performance numbers .............. The General Altimax RT 43 215/60-15 is very close though ..... Mike

I really wanted to try the arachnid. So I did. I like the way the tire works but, I am having an issue with loss of tread on the left side. The right side is not showing the same problem. I am up to 31 PSI and other than the issue with the left side, it works well. My dealer has had an inquiry into Vee Rubber for many days now. They have not been able to get any response from Vee Rubber. Unless there is something that is going to happen in the near future to address this problem, Vee Rubber will be off of my list of suppliers I will use or recommend .

You have a picture by chance?

I noticed something on mine when it was on the bike too and like to compare.

Hey guys
I live in South Florida. I was wondering what is the best tire to buy for the rear on a 2014 RTS. I need something that will last and has great performance. I ride two-up s lot. Thanks.

How is your local dealer? Will they install tires besides what comes on the Spyder? If not, Central Florida Powersports (in Kissimee) is only 150 mile away and will install what you want. Call their service department and talk to them, great people to deal with. They provide loaner trikes if they have to keep yours, and give you a full tank of gas whtn you leave.
