• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Random thought for the day

The cost for gasoline rose about 10% here in the last couple of days. Effects of the Iran situation, I'm sure. But. I'm trying to make sense about why the price rose so rapidly. After all, the gas I bought yesterday is from the same storage tank that sold the same gas for much less a couple of day before. It had not yet been replaced by gasoline refined from higher cost oil. Its cost was established long ago. So, why did the price go up so much and so quickly? BTW; I fueled up at Costco and it was VERY crowded. Looked almost like panic buying.....
Price at the pump is based on what the current wholesale price is.
They try to always get enough income to replace their current stock, as their normal condition is full tanks to minimize supply disruption when unexpected demand hits.
