Well picked up my Spyder today from Garganos - let me tell you - these guys are great to deal with - very nice family owned business. Anyway, it's NOTHING compared to my test ride. I got to let her rip today - unfreakinbelievable - the thing sticks to the road like glue, it goes fast, very precise in turns. Only thing I don't like is wearing a 3/4 helmet - I'm so used to my shorty but going fast on this thing - the shorty doesn't work.

Did I say it goes fast?! ;D :doorag: :bigthumbsup:

Oh yeah, didn't like my motorcycle boots either - switched to sneakers - I'm so used to floorboards w/ a Harley - sneakers feel way better on this. Maybe cuz it was so damn hot out today - 98 and very humid - I rode it but was glad to get into some A/C by the end of the day. Probably why I didn't like the 3/4 helmet - too hot for it!

Worth sweating my butt off though!
