• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Phoenix products floorbaords

On eBay, there are Phoenix Products floorboards for Can-Am Spyders. The pics that go with the product don't even look like floorboards. Does anyone use these boards and have a picture of them mounted?

Highway Pegs

They aren't floorboards. They are Highway Pegs. You rest your feet on them when you want to stretch out.

I agree. The wording in the ad is curious; I'll pass on them also!

Thanks for bringing it to everybody's attention.

After wearing out my subscription to google I found one retailer selling those things... they actually include floorboard type rests you screw onto the highway pegs. It appears that big metal gizmo shown is under the bike (it is the mount for the highway pegs). You can use the highway pegs or bolt on "floorboard" add-ons over the highway pegs. A little on the misleading side. They are on sale on Amazon and eBay so buyer beware.

 Well; I hope that they're functional...

...Because there's not much beauty in the equation! :yikes:

Thanks for the picture. It explains a whole lot more about what all of this turns out to be...

I would also pass on these if I were in the market. They look a little bit mickey mouse.

I am even thinking the famous 2 x floors are a better solution. :roflblack::roflblack:
