The greatest generation that has ever lived! It is the current generation responsibility to make sure the future generations understand the sacrifice, commitment, honor, and dedication that the country as a whole came together during that time and overcame so much to mold this country that we have all benefitted from today. Thanks for sharing.

:2thumbs: Thank you for the reminder. Now that I think about it--I don't remember hearing anything on the news about Pearl Harbor or remembrances of it. I think one of the channels showed the movie Pearl Harbor--but not the usual amount of movies or chatter about the remembrance.

I wonder what gives about that--are they trying to let us forget?
