Passenger Grab Rail heating gets barely warm, any ideas?

2022 RT Limited. The passenger heated grab rails are just barely warm. In addition, I noticed that the lighted rocker switch for the grab rails when turned on, glows at about 1/2 the intensity of all the other lighted switches.

Any thoughts or ideas?

have you checked the connections on the back of the switch and on the grips themselves.
sounds like a bad ground of lose connection.

The one on my 22 RTL does not get anything close to the rider grips. Seat does, just thinking it is what it is.......

Thanks for the reply. I'll try and do that soon. Easy fix if that's the issue.

Thank you. Yes, the seat is quite warm, but not the passenger grips.
