Took delivery 6/6/08 still no card,6500 miles anyone have card or milage pins? Just wondering what every one else is experiancing, hate goin to can-am site not being owner. Roadster is awesome, BRP website is a let down all news is old and this forum is far better than the factory site:2thumbs:

June 2 delivery and still no owner's packet. Got an e-mail from BRP Spyder Team saying they will add me to the list and send ASAP. That was a month ago and still nothing.

Picked up in May and not heard a thing from BRP. It could be because of all the $#$%^ I raised with the dealer for jacking up the price a $1000 dollars when I picked it up. I figured the dealer did not want me to have any contact with BRP. I have since sent multiple emails and phone calls to BRP with no response. I am hoping there will be someone in Gatlinburg from BRP that I can talk to . :dontknow:

SpyderDawg took delivery on his Spyder June 28th and hasn't heard a thing from BRP. I called BRP and asked about it and was told there were "problems" and they had a backlog but would have the "Welcome Packs" out shortly. That was over a month ago. Canadian "shortly" must be on Caribbean time

Took delivery in March, and still nothing. Email from BRP in June promised "soon". Hah! I'm still waiting. You are lucky, I can't even register on the BRP site as an enthusiast. I registered, but never recieved a confirming email. Now their system won't recognize my password, since tyhe registration isn't "confirmed", and won't let me in. They also won't let me re-register, since that email address is already in their database. Repeated pleas for them to correct this have gone nowhere. Add this to the list of things where BRP is long on promise, but short on delivery, like parts...oh yeah, and the BEST warranty. That paperwork took months to recieve. Good thing I didn't need road service in the interim. It is fortunate that the Spyder is a unique vehicle, and very desireable. We would not put up with these lapses for anything less.

Well, I actually got my owners card before I received my spyder. They sent it out with some other info as a Premier Edition Owner, maybe at the same time I got the Map now that I think of it. Still no word on mileage pins, by the time those come out I will be ready for the 25k pin probably and Lamont may be ready for the 100k pin.

Picked up 4-15-08, have emailed them several times, talked to Sonny when I saw him at the MI BBQ; no answers, no clues, still waiting, but not expecting my card any time soon.

May 1st 08 recv card pins before actual delivery dont know why:spyder:but thats better than my edition#3334 when should have been under 2500 that was a big let down they dont want to aknowledge that at all can't wait for someone smarter than me to start a class action suit.

LOL Director I have several Canadian friends and we tease each other back and forth quite a bit! My good friend in Hamilton gets teased quite a bit about his Caribbean time schedule

Okay, here's a photo of my spyder membership card. It alludes to the first 2500 owners (regardless of what the Premier number actually says)

These came before the pin, heck I think I got this with the map before the spyder.

Funny, I neither the PIN, or the card. All I have is SpYder 2018 and at least 5 e-mails to the Spyder Team requesting the card and the PIN. Not much faith in the SpYder Team.

I have the card and the pin. I took my spyder 189 home on Feb 1st. Even though i have the card I still can't log on to the Spyderroder site. I can request retrieve password and it will do that but try to log in still says to view email.
Your account has not yet been validated, please check your emails to follow the instructions on how to validate your account. I never get the email from them. Have complaned several times does no good. I don't go to that site anymore
