Currently 72* 96% humidity, late afternoon we should see 80* and 70% humidity.
Go on, rub it in why don'cha! :yikes:
It's currently 6°C here in the Hills, misty, AND it's raining! :banghead: . Visibility is about 100m at best, and the rain is heavy enough that when travelling at a safe speed (ie, fairly slow!) it's actually falling on me instead of being deflected around me by the windscreen! :gaah: Sooo, it was only a short ryde this morning, and while it might not've been freezing, it was cold & wet with a savage wind-chill and I'm not happy Jan! :cus:
Ahh well, maybe later today it'll fine up so I can enjoy a nicer ryde... :dontknow: Besides, the Kids & Grandkids (including all the furry grandkids) are coming around late this arvo, so the day is only gonna get better!

It is 101.2 right now in lindenI’m just curious, actually hoping that most of you just may make our temperature feel a bit cooler. What is your outside ambient air temperature right now, and do you go riding in that temperature. Right now, at 3:10 pm PST, the temperature is 42*C (107.6*F), and I’m NOT out riding....I’m existing indoors is an air conditioned home.
What’s yours?

I’m with you on that. My RT has not moved today, but was out yesterday A.M. where on the Island? Must be Inland to be 40°. My neice lives on Gabriola and yesterday their temp was in the low 30’s. Haven’t heard today. Oops, I see you’re in Duncan. I should have looked.Hey Brucie:
40 C here on Vancouver Island. Too hot today for me to ride.

I live in gilbert Arizona and right now it is 111 degrees with 9% humidity (5:50pm). Kinda takes the fun out of riding for sure.
I have no need for a tan to say the least...
108° or 111°, not a great difference other than 111° is probably expected in Arizona whereas for us, these temperatures are truly record breaking. Never been this temperature in my 78+ years.
I hear ya. I had to order a portable air conditioner for my Mom who lives in Seattle from Amazon. All air conditioners are sold out for 100 square miles in that area. Plenty here in Phoenix. Go figure.
Today is the day. Good luck folks in the North west.
When I go riding here in NJ , I try to stick to the back roads with lots of big trees to create lots of shade.
