oil from weep hole water pump

hi everibody,,,, i have a rt 2012, 16,000km,,, driping oil from the( weep hole) close to water pump on top (right side engine) the dealer tell me must be a seal probleme! i wonder why oil is comin out,,,,i tought that hole was made for anti-freeze come out not oil,,,and if oil is coming out,then is it possible because some pressure inside the engine,,,, or is just a bad seal,,,



i just wonder,,,,,i will like if somebody could explain for me!!

There are two seals on that shaft -- one for oil and one for antifreeze. I just went thru the same operation. I had oil and antifreeze collecting in my right-side splash pan. Tiny ribbon of each. Came from the weep hole. Replacement procedure specifies that both seals must be replaced, even if only one is leaking, plus the shaft itself.

This happened to my 2008 and was fixed under warranty.
