Oil change=Limp mode=??

I m baffled. Spent the afternoon battling with the RTSE and after all is done, LIMP MODE!

Nothing more to add..just curious if anyone has had this happen and if there is a simple solution. Of course, the dealer is closed tomorrow.

Did you ride it or just start it up? Is that all you did is change the oil? Sometimes you need to ride it or at least hold the rpm's up for the code to clear, has to do with the oil pressure sending unit.

All I did was change oil. Nothing else. I have not ridden it, but I did rev it up as far as I could for maybe 15 seconds. I'll take it for a spin for a mile or so and see if that does anything. Should it clear right up, or does it need to be shut off and restarted for it to clear?

The fist time this happen to me I got about half way down my driveway and then it cleared.
