• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Next project .... :) ( and I said I was almost done, shaking my head :p )

LED's within the body. Found a couple spots that I like, and will do a temp placement with a lipo to test..... will update later when it get's dark....Will eventually put this on a switch. Not sure if it will be an issue with the law?proj1.jpg

Ok, taped them in position. One in the rear, and one in the front. Neither are directly visible, I meant them to just highlight the ground underneath and from the rear it bounces off the frame. On the Front, I put it on the vertical portion of the frame behind the trunk. I think it looks good. Will mount with a switch this weekend...:Dproj2.jpgproj3.jpg

Exterior blue lights are restricted by law to police vehicles in many states. I would use green. But it does look awesome.

I was wondering if the color of the lights was going to matter...
Some States specify that the lights must be "foreward-facing", before they get interested in what colors were being used...

Well, I mounted them today, without the switch:yikes:. I will let you know if I get noticed by the law.... snicker :roflblack:

Had an odd idea, but I think it worked. I have this metal tape that is used on duct work and for whatever reason it is used for. The tape is very reflective and tacky. So I placed small patches at key location for max reflection. And low and behold, the intensity and area of effect were both increase dramatically with just penny's a piece :thumbup:tape.jpg20130623_234346_LLS.jpg

I am the Law, you've been noticed! Lucky for you that I live 12 hours away! And I'm retired! And frankly it's not illegal here where I live, just flashing blue, red and green lights. Have fun with it it looks great!:yes::yes:
