There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I believe it is a design change that is offered for free to the owner of the vehicle regardless of warranty status.
I got mine and I'm off of the original factory warranty.
You might want to make sure that you are registered with BRP as the current owner.

There have been several conflicting stories posted here about that panel.
BRP issued a package to the owners recently. That package included a new maintenance schedule along with a letter and coupon for the new parts. As current owner you are entitled to this coupon.
My dealer was very clear. They need the coupon in order to get paid by BRP for the replacement.
Some owners have reported that they didn't need the coupon and the dealers just did the changeout without it.
I suggest the following:
Contact your dealer. If they require the coupon you'll need to get in touch with BRP to make sure you get a copy of this package. Remember, it also included the new maintenance schedule.
If your dealer doesn't need the coupon, then you're good to go. Just make sure that your dealer has the parts in stock and available for you. There have also been reports of dealers who do not have the parts in their inventory.
