Replacing 2018 RTL foglights - what holds the upper tupperware panel to the lower panel assembly?

I managed to replace my right halogen foglight bulb - already swapped the headlights - with an LED bulb from Slingmods. The left looks to be a tad more trouble to get my hands on. Can anyone tell me - other than the three pushpins in the frunk and the few torx screws - what holds that upper panel to the lower panel assembly? I changed the right one without removing the panel entirely but the air duct is in the way on the left side. I didn't want to have to take the front off if there's a way to separate that one panel from the bottom panel(s). I'll take it to the dealer if necessary but don't really want to do that if I can avoid it.

You can take off the surroundings plastic and take out bolts that hold light housing in place, then pull straight out to get to back side. That's what I did on my 2015 RTL for LED upgrade
