• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I got my beautiful RSS two weeks ago. Already put 250 miles on her (which I have a Ninja 250 and in 1 year only put 450 miles on it). I am loving my new ryde and can't wait to meet some of you fellow Can Am Spyder lovers!

I am really interested in going to the Owner Event in NC, so happy it's pretty close to me! Is anyone else here going to it? I haven't seen any Spyders in my area yet so hoping I'll meet some awesome friends to go on rydes with!

:thumbup: :welcome: More miles of smiles seems common on the :spyder2: . I was at a motorcycle safety training meeting yesterday and was asked several times how I like the spyder. I just tell them the mileage I put on it, it shows them that we just don't like getting off these things there so much fun :yes::yes::yes:.

:congrats: And welcome. I know of three ryders from SE Va that are going to the owners event: me, SpyderDon, and Grandpa Spyder. There is a group of us ryding to Spyderfest. PM me or piedmontrider if you're interested in joining us for the ryde to Spyderfest. Also PM me about going to the owners event if you want to chat about our plans, which are real sketchy since its in mid-June.

You found the right place to hook up with people to ride with from all over Canada and the U.S. Join a couple of groups that way you are always riding with some body.
