• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Neoprene Motorcycle Grips vs Foam Grips

Not sure..!!

about the new ones but when we used them back when they were hard to keep clean and tended to get tacky...but then the foam ones would packup and smooth out getting slippery. You could give them a try, not a great expense and you my find them very comfortable...

I've had both, if I have a choice I'd go neoprene every time. The foam grips will tend to swell up and split when they get wet. Still usable, just not very pretty!

I made set using some scrap wetsuit material I hand on hand, and neoprene adhesive . . . they work great, absorb vibrations, well, and, because wetsuit neoprene is closed cell, they don't soak up water . . .

How do they work with the heated grips? I would think they would insulate the the heat??? I have large hands so would like the grips to be larger.

What about theses?

Found these on ebay:

I ordered these based on my model and color..either one can be reversed for a solid black color if preferred. Less than $9 shipped.

Thank you everyone! I just ordered the Original Grip Buddies for the Can Am and will let you know how they are when I get them.

Thanks for reminding me! I have a pair of the originals and they are worn out. They improved on the sticky as mine kept rotating. I fixed them from doing that.
I need to order some new ones as mine are ugly and worn.

My heated grips still warm my hands . . . just takes a bit longer to start feeling the heat.
