• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

need linear measurements of Spyder seat

I'm up in North Conway NH celebrating the 4th with my family. (Hope you and yours had a good one!)
In town is a leather store called: Beggers Pouch Leathers.
I think I may be able to buy nice supple leather for a custom seat.
I just need the linear mesurements of the seat at each of its widest points.

If someone could be gracious as to take a few measurements and post them?

Thanks!

(By linear I mean measurement flat against the current seat following the contour of the seat for both width and length.)

Thanks!

Widest spot, at the hump, is about 23-24", but you may need more to follow the curves and get the lower section extension. Length, with the extensions toward the front, following the contours is 36". Be sure to allow more to tuck under. You may have to seam it at the hump to lay right, so also pick up enough for the welting.

if you some ink while in conway we are at the mass line ....spyder tattoo maybe .....

uuu.. no ink for us. sorry.

I stopped by The Beggars Pouch and he did not have any hides I could use. BUt I did get some scraps for some small projects. Like a custom pouch for my Scorpio Alarm fob.

He did give me a list of suppliers that I can call or visit.
