Well it's Saturday and I'm sitting here wondering what to do about a recreational ride.
My thoughts turned to this forum for some inexplicable reason. I came here trying to find out about the vehicle I had just bought (and then sold). You guys are a pretty tough bunch. As a new comer I was told to read the Dos and Don'ts (I did) and then was almost immediately taken to task because I apparently had asked a question that was already answered in the archives. Then I violated a rule that said software discussions were only valid for the last week. I am ranting about this because while there is a lot of information on this forum it is owned by and overseen by a few "very active members" who are in control of it and it exists for their benefit. So be it. If I buy another Spyder I will lurk here but I have no desire to try to actively participate. Your club is closed and I understand that. I'm not thinned skinned so before you make that assumption consider this; almost all new posts are made the handful of people who believe they own this place. So when a new member comes please tell them all the rules like they might be tolerated if they 1

on't ask a question that pisses somebody off, 2

on't become offensive when a "real" member berates them for "seeing things" and 3:learns their place and defers to the "real" members.Take care and ride safe.
