• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

My 2014 RT actually STARTED

BLUEKNIGHT911

Sadly Passed Oct 2024 - RIP
... I have been waiting to put my Spyder into my basement ( too long a story as to why ) ... so tonight it was supposed to get down to O, F .... I was going to warm it up and drive in , then change the oil .... Well the temp was 3, F and the 2 year old batt. ( had not been on a maintainer parked outside ) actually started it....:yikes::clap:.... however it only ran for 3 seconds and shut down..... So I pushed / rolled into the basement. .... After it warms up a little, I'll start it, back-out & get the engine up to Temp. then change the oil and put Her to bed for the winter ( in my basement ) ..... Peace to All and Merry Christmas ...... Mike

Spyder Magic???

 Hey Mike, just checking in on your 'Spyder Magic'.
What brand of battery are you using?
Thanks for your help.

Merry Christmas to you. .....

When we moved from Alaska to Arkansas, the bikes were in transit from May 10 until July 30 or so. All three of them started up instantly when we drove them out of the moving van. Did not think that would happen. All three had batteries that were at least three years old.

The same Yuasa as it came with ... However I get the type with the " acid " you add ( very simple to do ) because then I KNOW it's fresh - I then charge it according to the instructions. .... I usually get from 8 to 10 years from my store bought batteries .... Mike
