Missing License Plate Light cover

This cover was missing this morning from my 2008...anyone have an idea where I can get a replacement...it must have vibrated loose and fallen out on a ride recently

From the Lighting System parts diagram at this link,
https://can-am.brp.com/spyder/shop/for-sale/parts-iframe.html, it looks to me like you need the License Light Assembly, PN 710001291, $49.99. It looks like the lens itself is not available as an individual part. Perhaps a dealer or Cheap Cycle Parts can help with just the lens.

I had the same problem as you when I had my '08 RS. Here's what I replaced it with and worked fantastic, plus the light shows through the red (unlike BRP's). Never had another issue.

We lost one on the 2009 when she hit a pothole. Fortunately, I saw it happen and we retrieved the broken part.

Tail Light Lens

1+ on the Custom Dynamics Lens. Great illumination and less costly than OEM.
I have one on my ST. Secure it with RTV or Lock-Tite

So the replacement looks good, but does not come with the screw...Any ideas on size???...Thanks for saving me some time.

Went & pulled mine to see short sheetmetal screw, have to get sized at hardware store. #8X3/8 commonly just a #8 (standard panhead phillips)
