• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Meet Carlo from BRP customer support

Lamonster

SpyderLovers Founder
Got a chance to hangout with Carlo the other day and he's a pretty cool guy.
He'll be talking with the SpyderLovers face o face at the owners event.

You and I are in similar situations... But I just wanted to reach out to you and express that in Quebec (Among others), last Thursday and Friday was a National Holiday Just trying to help you out . Not to mention I have to think a serious amount of the team is in Chicago right now. My suspicion is those of us waiting, will receive calls/emails early next week... :ohyea::doorag::2thumbs:

Chicago

...hopefully someone in Chicago will tell them how piss poor their customer service is... All you ever get on the tech line is to call back later....

...and how the constant backordering of parts is unacceptable....

I would love to be there to tell them in person but....

Day 23 in the shop...

It was a pleasure for me to finally meet Carlo at Lake Villa, and to chat with him in person for a short while. You are right, it is great to put the name with a face. Carlo has been a great help to me, and he has a very difficult job. My hat is off to him!

I was told that dealers have been instructed to use parts from floor models if they have to in order to get an existing owner back on the road--- which is how I always thought it should be!

Carlo is the man... thanks for everything you did for me! So far the bike is running great (and steering great too) :2thumbs:
